B.C.E.D. aims to remain a space for dialogue and debate among young people from the Balkan diasporas.

To qualify for membership, you must be between 18 and 30 years old.

An annual membership fee, ranging from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 50 Swiss francs, is requested upon joining, along with a signature. Each prospective member is free to choose the amount of their contribution within this range.

Membership provides priority access to the events organized by the association. These events nevertheless remain open to the general public, with no age limit, subject to available capacity and to the conditions specific to each event.
